Emsi, which I have a low opinion of, now owns Online Armour and dropped independent testing, so I no longer regard Online Armour as a top security product. #120, Corno, Online Armour was on Matousec when it was owned by the original developer, Tall Emu. The antivirus component has been tested by Virus Bulletin and generally receives their top award. Matousec only tests certain security aspects, mostly outbound firewall related, and Outpost always does very well. For example, PC Magazine didn't like Outpost, but they're neither an unbiased source nor a security testing site. The fact that a number of different security testing sites can rank the same products in completely different order doesn't help. I can't say which security product is the "ultimate", but Outpost rates very well in some tests and the integration avoids the conflicts which so often occur, despite people claiming no conflicts among multiple products (I've experienced the problem too often).
Yes, you'll need to uninstall other realtime scanners like AVG first. Since Agnitum uses the Microsoft Installer, you'll get an automatic restore point.

Most browsers have settings to handle cookies and sometimes other privacy-related settings. Also, if you read the message about the browser it's perfectly normal stuff.
